OctoparseRPA consists of 3 interfaces: Console, Editor, and Account Center.


1. Console

1.1 Create App

Click the + App button to create a new application and enter the Editor tab

1.2 Edit App

Click the Edit Project to edit an existing app and enter the Editor tab

1.3 Run App

Click the run(Start the project) button to execute it

1.4 Share App

  • Share the App with other users by inputting their Username or Email

  • The receiver can check the shared App via Shared with me

1.5 Delete App

  • You can delete the unwanted app by clicking More and Delete

  • The deleted App will be stored in Bin and can be restored by clicking the Recover button

1.6 Clone App

Click More and click Clone


2. Editor

2.1 Toolbar

  • App Details

  • View History

    This feature is for Business plan users only, and it will record every change you make on Canva.

  • Save: save the changes for the project

  • Undo: recall the previous step

  • Resume: resume the action that has been undone

  • Browser: Octoparse RPA built-in browser

  • Run: Run the App

2.2 Command

The Command section includes common commands such as If, Loops, Wait, Flow, etc.

2.3 Asset

The Asset section consists of Flows, Variables, and Elements.

  • Flows

    Click the + icon to add more subflow

  • Variables

    Click the + icon to customize a new variable

  • Elements

    Click + Capture to select an element on an interface

2.4 Canva

You can drag commands into this area to set up the flow.

2.5 Logs

Display detailed log information during the process of running the workflow.


3. Account Center

where you can change your username, email, and password.
