Issue 1: Card Verification Failed

Solution A: This could be because your card has expired or you've entered an incorrect CVV. Please double-check the expiration date and CVV, then try the transaction again later.

Solution B: If the information is correct but the payment still fails, the transaction may be unsuccessful due to suspicious activity detection. Here are a few things you can try:

1. Switch to Chrome or update your browser.

2. Use a different credit card or try PayPal.

3. Open a new incognito window and attempt the payment again.

Issue 2: Processor Decline

Solution: This usually happens when the bank refuses to accept the transaction. You'll need to contact the bank for more details.

Issue 3: Gateway rejection.

Solution: A gateway rejection means the payment request didn't meet specific criteria set by our payment system. Please reach out to us, and we'll help you resolve the issue.
