Overview

This app helps you streamline the downloading process using a list of file links in an Excel worksheet. This application is perfect for scenarios where you have a batch of URLs—whether they point to images, videos, documents, or any other file type. By specifying the path to your Excel file and the desired download location, the app automatically downloads all the files linked in the spreadsheet, saving you time and effort in managing your downloads.

How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. Launch the app in your list.

   

   1. Parameter Description

      

      1. FilePath_urlList: Provide the path to the Excel file containing the URLs.

      2. FilePath_Downloadto: Specify the location where the downloaded files will be saved.

   2. Click "Run application"

3. Output

   The app will download all files linked in the Excel spreadsheet to the specified location.

   

Notes

• Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.

• Ensure the Excel file with the links is closed before running the app.

• The Excel file should not contain a header; downloads will start from the first row.
