How to Use

  1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.
  2. (Optional) Customize the Workflow
    • This app allows you to customize it to create your own LinkedIn workflow. Simply click the "Edit" button next to the app in your list to open the workflow editor.
  3. Launch the app in your list
    1. Parameter Description
      1. SearchKeywords: Enter a keyword to search for LinkedIn members.
      2. RequestNote: Choose a greeting type—"Nice to meet you @username" or an AI-generated message (note: AI messages will consume credits).
      3. ConnectCount: Set how many connection requests to send in each run.
      4. OutputFormat: Choose your preferred output—Excel or Google Sheets.
      5. ExcelFile: Select the Excel file to store the results.
      6. GoogleClientId: Your Google API client ID (required for Google Sheets export).
      7. GoogleClientKey: Your Google API secret key.
      8. GoogleSheetUrl: Enter the full URL of your target Google Sheet.
      9. GoogleSheetName: Specify the name of the sheet tab to write data to.
    2. Click "Run application"
  4. Output

   The app will:

    • Scrape profile data from LinkedIn search results based on your keywords.
    • Export the results to the selected Excel or Google Sheets file.
    • Send connection invitations along with your chosen greeting.

Notes

  • Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.
  • Please install and enable the Octoparse AI extension before running the app.
  • Log into your LinkedIn account beforehand in the designated browser. Keep the browser in full-screen mode during the run.
  • To avoid triggering LinkedIn’s account restrictions, it’s recommended to send no more than 20 invites per working day, ideally 2 invites per launch, spaced out to once per working hour. You can gradually increase the number to find a safe limit for your account.
    • LinkedIn doesn’t officially publish view limits—these estimates are based on user feedback and may vary depending on account activity, age, SSI score, and changes to LinkedIn’s algorithm.
