EAN & ID Price Finder

Overview

This app automatically searches Google for product names, prices, and links based on the EANs or Product IDs you provide. It's ideal for quickly collecting product information with minimal effort. You can choose between two data collection modes: one that prioritizes the most accurate first result, and another that explores the top three results to offer a broader pricing perspective.

How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. (Optional) Customize the workflow.

This app allows you to customize it to create your own workflow. Simply click the "Edit" button in your list to open the workflow editor.

3. Launch the app in your list.

       a. Parameter Description

1. ResultScope: Choose whether to collect only the first search result or check the top 3 results.
1. First result only: The app collects data from the first search result.
2. Top 3 results: The app checks the top 3 search results and collects the first one that includes a price tag.
2. InputFile: Select an Excel file that contains the EANs or Product IDs in the first column without a header.
3. ExportTo: Specifies the file path where the collected data will be saved.

       b. Click "Run application"

3. Output

   For each EAN or Product ID, the app outputs the product name, price, and link. The results are saved to the specified folder in Excel format. If no valid result is found, the fields may be left blank.

Notes

• Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.
• This app only runs in the Chrome browser.
