How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store
2. (Optional) Customize the Workflow
• This app allows you to customize it to create your own LinkedIn workflow. Simply click the "Edit" button on the right or double click the app in your list to open the workflow editor.
3. Launch the app in your list.
1. Parameter Description
• SearchKeyword: Enter one or more keywords to search on LinkedIn.
• PagesToScrape: Set how many pages of search results to scrape.
• OutputFormat: Choose how you want to export the results: Excel or Google Sheet.
• ExcelFile: Select the Excel file to save the results.
• GoogleClientId: Your Google API client ID (needed for Google Sheets export).
• GoogleClientKey: Your Google API secret key.
• GoogleSheetUrl: The full URL of the target Google Sheet.
• GoogleSheetName: The name of the sheet tab where results will be written.
2. Click "Run application"
4. Output

The app collect data from the specified pages for each keyword and save the results to the designated folder.

Notes

• Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.
• Please install and enable Octoparse AI Chrome extension. This app only runs in the Chrome browser.
• If exporting to Google Sheets, make sure the sheet is created in advance and properly shared with your API credentials.
• To get your ClientId and ClientKey for Google Sheets, refer to the Google Developers guide.
• To set up the Google Sheet for the first time, please refer to this guide: How to Connect Octoparse AI to Google Sheets
• Due to plat form restriction, this app app is not able to collect the profile's URL or other information if the profile is set to private.
