Getting Started: Creating Your Organization

To start team collaboration, you first need to establish your Organization Profile.

  • The Workflow: 1. Click your avatar (top-left) -> Switch Account. 2. Select Create new organization.

3. Fill in the organization details and your Admin profile (Alias/Email).

  • Pro Tip: Your Alias and Email are crucial for account recovery and permission identification.

Accessing the Organization Console

The Organization Console is a dedicated management module located within your User Center.

  • Where to find it: Log in to your User Center (via web or client). If you are the Organization Owner or Admin, you will see the "Organization Console" tab in the sidebar menu.

  • Who can see it: This module is only visible to users with administrative rights. Regular members will not see this tab.

The Organization Console is divided into several sub-sections to help you manage your team's resources and assets:

A. People & Roles (Team Governance)

  • People: View and manage all team members and external collaborators.

  • Roles & Permissions: Define what your members can do (e.g., creating custom roles or assigning Admin status).

B. Automation Assets (Bot Management)

  • Bots: Monitor the real-time status of all RPA bots in the organization. You can enable or disable them here.

  • Bot Run History: A centralized log to audit every task execution performed by your team.

  • App Triggers: Manage and view all automated triggers set up across the organization.

C. Growth & Customization

  • Organization Profile: Edit your team's public "Business Card" for the Marketplace.

  • Developer Center: A gateway for certified developers to manage custom instructions and advanced applications.

Other Management Modules in User Center

Beyond the Organization Console tab, the User Center also hosts general administrative tools for your organization:

A. Financial & Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions: Manage your current plan, upgrade/downgrade, or handle payment methods.

  • Order & Invoices: Fill in your Billing Information to generate and download official invoices.

  • Payments: Add or remove credit cards for automated renewals.

B. Resource & Usage Tracking

  • Overview: A bird's-eye view of your seats, RPA bots, and Platform Credits.

  • Platform Usage:

    • Monitoring: Track credit consumption details.

    • Usage Alerts: Set limits to prevent over-usage. Receive notifications when your balance drops below a specific value.

  • Bots: Real-time status of your RPA bots (Enable or Disable them here).

C. Growth & Developer Tools

  • Developer Center: For certified developers to manage custom commands and apps.

  • Organization Profile: This is your team's "Business Card" if you decide to publish apps or commands to the marketplace.

Strategic Controls: Roles & Triggers

  • Roles & Permissions: Assign roles (Owner, Admin, or Custom) to team members.

  • App Triggers: Monitor how and when your automated tasks are being executed across the organization.

  • Run History: A centralized log to audit all bot activities within the team.

Safety First: Account & Security

  • Manage login credentials, password updates, and security protocols to ensure your organization’s data stays protected.
